About BOF

Break Out Fitness Club of Euclid, OH is empowering seniors and people with disabilities to live life to the fullest! Located in Euclid Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic hospital, Break Out Fitness Club provides a place for seniors and people with disabilities to take part in an individualized workout program. We are also a great option for those of any age after rehab ends, following an injury or illness. To better serve these specialized populations, our equipment is wheelchair accessible and our friendly, fun and supportive atmosphere will surely flex your smile as well!

Exercise and physical activity can help maintain or partly restore balance, endurance, flexibility and strength - all which help keep you active and independent. Regular exercise may even prevent or delay many diseases and chronic conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, obesity, back pain and depression. Though we do not provide physical therapy, we do provide a place for you to be able to continue on your post-rehabilitation program at your own pace. There is always a staff member on-hand to assist you in your exercise program wherever possible.

Break Out Fitness Club offers:

  • Wheelchair accessible exercise equipment
  • Injury recovery exercise
  • Low intensity work out programs
  • Range of motion exercises
  • An environment in which you can:
         • Improve endurance
         • Enhance flexibility
         • Increase strength
         • Stay active and independent

It's never too late to start exercising! Even if you have had an inactive lifestyle, regular exercise can improve your health and well-being.
